警察難為尋獲失蹤女被控施暴

人民保姆難為！尤姓女子在其臉書上PO文附照片指稱遭警方「施暴」造成身體多處瘀青，與她從小一起長大的鄰居林男得知後，向《蘋果》投訴，被投訴的台中市警局清水分局光華所副所長林嘉鴻今表示，尤女精神狀況不穩，警方經其母同意強制送醫，期間尤女不斷反抗襲警、自撞護攔，造成擦傷及瘀青，尤女所說並非事實。

事後尤母相信女兒對警方的指控，到清水分局對龔姓員警擬提告訴並先備案，分局替她製作筆錄及錄音、錄影；龔員今下午說，當晚尤母哭哭啼啼進入警所說，她的女兒不見了疑會自殺，警所立即全員動員找人，當找到尤女時，她手上的塑膠袋有很多種藥，還有六、七罐鋁罐啤酒，警方查問她身份時她回說「幹什麼！」然後情緒就失控了，至於，尤母指控龔員曾甩尤女耳光的指控，龔員直呼不可能！龔員說，尤女情緒激動腳踹他左、右大腿共五下，其他在場員警也被尤女踹、咬，尤女還飆國罵，員警身上都有戴蒐證器將當時情況錄下，他說，人命關天，人找回來就好，但遇到如此後續狀況他覺得很無奈。

人在外地的尤母今下午接受電話訪問時說，她接到警方的電話趕到現場時，女兒情緒激動異常，她怕女兒衝到馬路上發生危險遂答應警方上銬送醫要求，前半段現場情形她是事後聽女兒轉述的，她沒看到確實的狀況，她要求看現場的監視影片及警方的蒐證帶，警方如果通知她前往警所觀看影帶她願意前往了解當時情況。光華所也說，已請汽旅提供當晚的監視畫面，警方取得後會通知尤母觀看，還原現場情況，讓尤母釋疑。

另據目擊者說，當天凌晨尤女眼神不太對勁還泛著淚光，該汽旅有一不成文的內規，對於單身女子投宿都會婉拒，就以沒房間為由請她離開，尤女在大門車道與警方發生爭吵，腳踹員警十多下還大聲咆哮，差一點就將住房客人吵醒，經過該女在大門一鬧，當晚就沒生意上門，真是欲哭無淚，汽旅全都有錄下畫面，近傍晚時分已經將畫面提供給警方。（孫義方／台中報導）
