感謝我媽媽，堅持炒粽料所需要的豬油要買新鮮板油自己榨，因此得以逃過這次的餿油事件，否則依照我們粽子的銷量，百分之百會被捲入這次餿油風暴當中。有榨過豬油的人就知道，榨油過程是件讓人不甚愉悅的苦差事，所以許多餐廳跟攤販都用桶裝的香豬油，我一點都不奇怪，因為用買的，比自己榨的，更簡單方便，何況購買的產品擁有政府認證的GMP安全標章！

結果周杰倫說對了，聽媽媽的話的我們沒事，相信政府公信力的有事！包括創始於1882年基隆的李鵠餅店！

在這事件裡，我們看到了置身事外的政府官僚，因為肇事的，是他所保證的產品安全標章，被處罰的對象，包括那些不在第一時間承認的店家（如台北犁記、老克明蔥油餅、台中東山路太陽餅、中壢劉媽媽菜包）。很多民眾一定不能苟同那些業者隱匿使用餿油的行為，可是我們將心比心，當初他們也是看到有政府認證的GMP才買，也非不合理的低價，結果現在出事了，他們擔心努力多年的成果甚至身家，有可能毀在政府權威的公信力上！如果換成我們面對這樣的狀況，我們敢像基隆的李鵠餅店一樣的有膽識嗎？如果你能拍胸脯的說Sure I Can，那麼請看看基隆李鵠餅店這樣做之後的遭遇如何？


試圖維繫顧客信任

先看看李鵠餅店在網站所公告的退費說明：
1、憑購買發票（日期為103年3月1日至103年9月4日）及所購買商品至本店辦理退款。
2、若無商品者可憑發票至本店辦理退款。
3、若發票遺失謹（應為僅）持商品至本店退貨者，將視個案處理退款。

李鵠餅店這樣做的結果，部分同胞如何回報他們？有人錯用了「民氣可用」及「輿論壓力」，有夫妻將發票跟餅分開退兩次、有人沒有發票只拿空袋子或空盒子去退費，讓李鵠餅店所準備的現金在這樣的狀況下，很快的發完了。使用不正當的方法來懲罰像李鵠餅店這樣誠信待客戶的百年老店的這些人，我們只能說，你們的貪婪與我們所譴責的製作餿油主嫌郭烈成之間有何差別？


根據新聞報導，強冠公司直接供貨廠商236家、下游廠商1012家，共計1248家業者採用餿油，這些廠商都是相信政府公信力的受害者，被丟餅被抗議被逼吃餅的應是我們的政府級官員，不該是這些信任政府公信力的廠商或其店員。
最後，我也不得不把李鵠餅店跟規模大它許多的台北犁記這兩家同業不同的應對方式拿來做比較，當看到犁記員工跟客戶爭吵、落淚、排排站著吃餅的畫面，我反而覺得這件事讓犁記店家與顧客之間原有的信任及和諧關係崩解了，損失遠甚至比他們付出的800多萬退款還大。相對於犁記從退一半、到妥協全退的決策過程，我更尊敬基隆李鵠餅店的處理態度，因為李鵠餅店雖然受害，也知道貪婪的人心會帶來額外的金錢損失，但他們還在試圖維繫著李鵠餅店與顧客之間應有的情感與信任關係，盡力彌補因誤用餿油對這家百年老店所帶來聲譽的傷害。
6天休息過後，我相信很多人將還給李鵠這百年老店一個公道。
