林義雄若陷危險 依法可強制救護

【記者張廷玉台北報導】引起國人關切的前民進黨主席林義雄絕食，若陷危險時怎麼辦？行政院秘書長李四川24日表示，他們私下都有討論臨時應變狀況，若依法可強制救護，就會處理。

國民黨立委吳育昇上午在立法院內政委員會質詢說，如果林義雄禁食陷入生命危險，政府可不可強制救林義雄？

李四川答詢說，已請衛生福利部從法及人道方面研擬，看能不能強制急救。政院人士說，理論上政府可介入。救人第一。

吳育昇認為，衛福部主管緊急醫療救護法，依法可緊急傷病處理及現場急救送醫；另外，消防法也有緊急救護辦法，可緊急救護，但如果要緊急救護林義雄遭拒，如何處理？

李四川指出，什麼樣的狀況都有模擬，必要時如果依法可強制部分，會去處理。

內政部長陳威仁認為，從人道觀點講，應以人命最優先，林義雄要表達意見，但沒必要犧牲生命，大家應從這個觀點看，不要阻撓相關單位救林義雄。

吳育昇強調，如果人清醒而拒絕救醫，實務上須尊重當事人；如果已陷入昏迷，一定要救護。如果有人阻擋，一定要排除，否則阻擋者會涉殺人或遺棄罪。言行下之意，避免在野以林義雄喪失生命做文章，指責政府罔顧人命，不利選舉。

李四川說，這個應沒問題，會依法處理。2014/4/24

林義雄先生是台灣"良心"表率!!台灣政府若強迫灌食(醫療?)就會有侵犯人權與醫師道德(Human Right&Physician Ethics---WHA在1990年的馬爾他宣言!!!).......再次強調義雄先生是台灣"良心”,連政治犯都談不上(台灣解嚴了!!!),更不是病人!!!
台灣領導人深思 不要只會說狠話!!!Boombler已是國際笑話了,不要造成台灣”民主”成為不文明國家!!!

要說林義雄先生到最後,要強迫救護,納也是政治事件造成,希望醫療小組(如果有的話)醫師要深思,是否要成為幫凶,違反WHA(世界醫師協會)的馬爾他宣言!!!......請深思再深思

一般歐洲與英國協國家喜歡說:加工死亡(Additional die);美國是稱自殺死亡(suide die,是不法的! 尤其是麥克尼克森死亡--過量安眠藥, 毒品!)
要談到安樂死(不論加工死亡或其他非正常死亡,當然多是末期病患或需使用呼吸器等!); 就必須探討到人性的根本--尊嚴死亡(Diginity die),是否人有此權利?!或只有上帝才有?

最近發生的事,在比利時; 多年前,比利時法律是允許年滿18歲的人有權,選擇加工死亡(本人可以預劃家庭, 朋友, 教會牧師等陪同);去年計畫上意願通過立法,未成年(18歲以下)可以在父母,兄弟親屬見證下,接受加工死亡; 加工死亡最早是比利時, 接著荷蘭.盧森堡等歐洲國家相繼立法!!!
台灣多年前立法通過"安寧緩和條例",卻沒有舉辦公聽會(?),也未討論根本道德與人權(Ethics&Human right)問題,所以第二年就出現許多問題,需要再修法!!!!......如同"反服貿"等公共議題,為讓一般國民知道!(請問各行各業的發生的問題不同,怎麼形成共識?!
