在北中南均開有5家醫學美容診所的「愛爾麗醫學美容診所集團」，涉嫌使用、販賣禁藥降解酶針劑和水貨玻尿酸針劑及逃漏稅，台南地檢署26日在全國35個地點搜索後，查扣247盒玻尿酸針劑等證物，並傳喚33人，負責人常如山和總經理劉貞華各諭令300、200萬元交保。

台南市醫師公會理事長王正坤表示，目前醫學美容競爭激烈，許多診所為了降低成本，經常會透過管道從歐美、大陸等地區取得水貨玻尿酸、降解酶，由於這兩種藥都是處方藥，因未拿到衛福部的許可證，所以就變成禁藥，其中降解酶，是用來預防萬一玻尿酸注射過量太腫，得注射降解酶來溶解消除玻尿酸，如果劑量使用太多，會造成皮膚凹陷，愛美的人士一定要特別小心。

台南地檢署調查，最近幾年頗有名氣的愛爾麗醫學美容診所集團，在台北、台中、台南共開設有5家號稱醫學美容診所，而且還在北中南成立3處管理處，而且還積極參與地方的公益活動，是一家頗有企圖心的醫學美容集團。

台南地檢署檢察官吳維仁，日前接獲情報，指該集團，涉嫌以無交易事實的方式逃漏稅，98至99年間，從某公司取得不實發票金額約2300萬元，涉嫌違反稅捐稽徵法，同時也涉嫌販賣、供應禁藥降解酶針劑及沒有衛福部許可的玻尿酸。

吳維仁指示檢事官蒐證後，前天指揮南檢檢事官、警方，並會同北中南各地衛生局官員，在全國35處愛爾麗集團相關處所進行搜索，共查扣台製玻尿酸針劑247盒，同時也在2間診所查扣禁藥降解酶針劑2支，檢方同時傳喚該集團負責人常如山、總經理劉貞華及員工等33人到案說明。

但常如山、劉貞華均辯稱，被檢方查扣的台製玻尿酸，是該集團準備賣到國外的，目前診所所使用的玻尿酸，都是從歐美進口的，不過檢方認為，該集團涉嫌逃漏外，還涉嫌以禁藥降解酶、無許可證的玻尿酸，為病患實行美容醫療，違反藥事法等罪，訊後諭令常如山300萬及劉貞華200萬元交保。全案還在擴大蒐證中。
