醫院人力不足 關床因應

消基會今天批評「醫院左手要錢、右手關床、急診病患躺通道」。新光醫院腎臟科醫師江守山表示，新光今年因招不到內科住院醫師，只能關床因應，明年若醫師等納入勞基法，各醫院人力缺乏會更嚴重。

江守山表示，之前因護理人力問題，已有幾波關床，今年更嚴重，主因是找不到住院醫師，且明年還可能更嚴重。他認為衛福部、健保署應解決醫師長期因醫療糾紛被告及收入問題。他說，現在內科等醫師的收入與醫美差距太大，誰還想來?

國泰醫院醫師私下表示，醫院人力不足而關床的問題，已經是各醫院普遍都可能會面臨的狀況，國泰也不例外，但醫院均積極補人，只要人力一補上，就會恢復常態。

台北榮總急診部主任黃睦舜表示，院內透過調床及公床制度，目前沒有急診室擠滿病患的狀況，如內外科都滿了，可透過所謂公床，紓解病患等不到病床的壓力。
