關於繼續教育的學分

想請問各位前輩
小弟今年七月剛PGY完
也在今年八月時辦理醫師公會的退會了
未來計畫幾年內不會進入醫業（要去念碩士）

我當初的執業執照有效日期是101/11/06~107/10/01
假設我在107年重新進入醫業的話，想請問：

1.是不是要在107/10/01前拿到180個學分，我換照才不會有問題？
還是我拿到新的執業執照以後又可以幫我展延6年？？

2.我已經退會了，還是可以參加公會辦的免費演講賺學分嗎？還有甚麼方法可以讓我賺到這180學分？

3.小弟之前有兩篇SCI論文，也曾經在學會上oral presentation，想請問要怎樣才能把這些申請成學分？

網路上的資訊太多太雜，頭好痛......

～～分享：去年有一位開業醫師忘了如期辦理執業執照更換，在中旬才知道要去辦理執業執照更換，結果衞生局承辦人員就把他報到健保局「他前半個月沒執業」；找健保局費用組談承辦人員回：醫師您可以申報看看，但您要考慮清楚如果被癹現的話您自己要承擔一切責任，您就看著辦吧！～～結果這位醫師那敢申報就平白無故損失半個月做白工。
