新北戒菸門診 不收掛號費

衛生局昨天宣布，全市29區衛生所及58家合約醫院，即日起加碼推出戒菸免收掛號費服務，適用對象並擴及門診、住院和急診病人，優於中央的規定。

衛生局長林雪蓉表示，目前中央推動的戒菸服務，只要繳掛號費及上限200元的部分負擔，就可享有戒菸諮詢、藥物補助及個案管理等延續性的服務，且低收入戶、山地原住民及離島地區民眾，部分負擔全免。

她說，為了協助市民輕鬆戒菸，新北市除了29區衛生所設「戒菸班」，供吸菸民眾參加戒治，58家合約醫療院所的戒菸門診也一律免收掛號費。

亞東醫院家醫科主任陳志道表示，目前西醫有多種用藥協助戒菸，如舌下錠、戒菸貼片等，都能幫助吸菸者無痛戒斷，戒菸成功率也大幅提高。

他說，據世界衛生組織研究，戒菸滿一年，罹患冠狀動脈心臟病機率少一半；戒滿五年，中風機率降至與不吸菸者相同；戒滿10年，罹肺癌的機率也少一半。

83歲的蔡俠勢有70年菸齡，去年底因久咳不癒找醫師，醫師拿著Ｘ光片告訴他：「你體內器官的功能一級棒，就是肺部一片黑。」建議他戒菸，靠著貼片和意志力，蔡俠勢已成功戒菸。他說，不抽菸，呼吸變得很輕鬆。
