婦聞屍臭達半年 竟是鼻竇染黴菌惹禍

（優活健康網記者陳承璋／綜合報導）「哎！你有沒有聞到一股屍臭味？我怎麼覺得今天一直聞到？」日前，彰化基督教醫院收治一名長達半年稱一直聞到怪異屍臭味的五十歲女性，這名女性開始聞到臭味還問旁邊的朋友同事有沒有聞到，但同事們均表示沒有聞到怪味；直到半年之後，這名女性的左臉頰腫大，牙齦還冒出濃來，嘴巴吐出臭味才就醫診治，發現她的鼻竇遭黴菌感染化膿發炎才導致自己總是與臭味為伍。

鼻竇發炎遭黴菌感染，甚至還侵蝕左上頷骨，才知道就醫？彰化基督教醫院耳鼻喉暨頭頸部科主任王哲偉說，該名50多歲女子自己不時聞到屍臭味，詢問周遭親友卻無人聞到，症狀持續6個月，直到日前左臉頰腫脹、牙齦出現膿包才就醫。檢查她罹患慢性鼻竇炎，合併黴菌感染，經手術清除鼻竇內發炎組織，症狀已緩解。

對此，醫生表示，如感冒流鼻水的症狀，經治療兩周之後沒有改善，可能屬於鼻竇炎的症狀，應迅速就醫，不要以為感冒好了只剩流鼻水症狀而拖延治療。
