（中央社記者曾依璇日內瓦19日專電）行政院衛生署長邱文達今天說，「急診暴力」已成許多國家越來越嚴重的問題，世界醫師大會盼台灣在世界衛生大會報告中提及，並呼籲世界衛生組織重視這個現象。
邱文達目前在日內瓦，將出席20日起召開的第66屆世界衛生大會（WHA）。
邱文達上午率團參訪重新開幕的「國際紅十字及紅新月會博物館」。
台灣代表團是紅十字會博物館歷經近兩年整修首度開放後，第一個參訪的官方代表團，由博物館館長馬尤（Roger Mayou）接待。
邱文達隨後受訪時表示，他已與世界醫師大會現任及新任理事長等重要人士會面，世界醫師大會盼台灣在報告中提及越來越嚴重的「急診暴力」現象，另也敦請世界衛生組織（WHO）秘書長陳馮富珍發表相關談話。
邱文達說，急診暴力已成加拿大、美國、法國等許多國家共同現象，造成醫師及護理人員受傷甚至死亡，世界醫師大會呼籲世衛重視。
他說，在台灣，急診暴力也存在，正從幾個方面著手改善，包括配合修法，以公訴處理；將急診室與保全連線；配備24小時警衛；分隔診療室及候診室，及醫護教育等。1020519
