【綜合報導】國內每年有20多萬名婦女會使用避孕藥，若到藥局買避孕藥均須持醫師處方箋。有讀者向《蘋果》投訴，指上月到北市立大藥局，沒持醫師處方箋，就買到一款名為「碧韵」避孕藥，但服藥後依舊懷孕，只得就醫進行流產，事後發現該藥國內根本未核准；北市衛生局前天前往該藥局果真查到屬於禁藥的「碧韵」，販售者恐面臨7年以下有期徒刑。

「1個月只吃1顆」
讀者葉小姐向《蘋果》投訴指， 上月她到北市立大藥局買避孕藥，藥師推薦她買「碧韵（音同韻）」避孕藥，指只要吃1顆，「1個月內都不會懷孕」，她就花300元買此藥服用，但本月初她發現自己懷孕了，只得就醫進行流產，事後，她查資料還發現國內沒核可「碧韵」這款藥。
《蘋果》記者日前到立大藥局，指名要買「碧韵」，店內人員指該店未售此藥，但推薦買另一款「培力愉婷錠」避孕藥，記者沒持醫師處方箋、仍買到了避孕藥。
衛生署食品藥物管理局藥品組科長陳可欣說，「培力愉婷錠」是國內核可避孕藥，但屬處方藥物，藥局若販售給無持處方箋者，可依《藥事法》處3萬至15萬元罰款。國內未核准販售「碧韵」，若藥局販售，可處販售者7年以下有期徒刑，或併科500萬元以下罰金。

亂服恐靜脈血栓
北市衛生局前天到立大藥局當場查獲「碧韵」與「培力愉婷錠」避孕藥，北市衛生局食藥處長邱秀儀指，若確定業者有販售碧韵或賣「培力愉婷錠」給無持處方箋者，就會開罰。立大藥局昨指會配合調查。
開業婦產科醫師李茂盛說，「培力愉婷錠」是種事後避孕藥，避孕效果僅7、8成，碧韵則是非法藥物，無法評估避孕率，但所有避孕藥都可能會使服藥者有噁心等副作用，嚴重者還會致使肢體靜脈血栓，服藥前須經醫師評估。

★使用事前避孕藥與保險套的避孕率都在99%以上
★事後避孕藥成功率低，約僅7至8成，不建議當成常規避孕方式
★女生服用避孕藥後，可能出現噁心、靜脈血栓等副作用，服藥期間若有四肢水腫、腫麻等疑似靜脈血栓現象，應就醫並告知服藥史
