大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】被形容為「翻版大躍進」的河南省周口市「平墳復耕」運動緊急喊卡後，被強行剷平的200多萬座墳頭，村民趁春節期間逐一堆起，又全部「圓」了回來，網友抨擊該政策粗糙荒謬、勞民傷財，「官員（指河南省委書記盧展工）應該下台！」

據《華商報》報導，前天上午62歲村民應安明獨自拿鐵鏟圓墳，裡面埋的是他爺爺。這座墳周圍，許多新墳頭已圓起，沒有圓起來的，有的因沒有壯丁幫忙，也有村官不敢動手復原，因為還在等上級指示。有村民無奈說：「大家平（墳）我就平（墳），大家圓（墳），我就圓（墳）。」
省委書記下令拆

另一處遭剷平的「王家祖墳」，是當地有名的大家族墓園，除夕當天，「王家村」動員全村人馬，婦女、孩童也人手一鏟，全部趕到王家祖墳開始圓墳，2個小時就把被剷平的160多座墳墓全部復原。對於村民自行修復被剷平的祖墳，當地官員也莫可奈何。周口市太康縣遜母口鎮黨委書記徐蓮透露，「上面沒有政策，也不知道該怎麼辦。」鎮長馬濤也表示，後續政策還沒出爐，「只能再等等」。
這場引發爭議的「平墳復耕」運動起於2011年11月，當時河南省委書記盧展工到周口市視察，看見農地間矗立許多墳頭，認為非常浪費耕地，於是下令「平墳」，並強行要村民剷平自家祖墳，導致周口市短短一年間剷掉200多萬座墳。
不過政策執行粗糙，且罔顧民意，各界抨擊聲浪不斷。值得注意是，官媒完全站在民眾一邊。《人民日報》官方微博昨貼文指：「周口一夜間恢復百萬墳墓，是對拆墳的莫大諷刺。」新華社也批評：「一平一復，這不是瞎折騰？失誤誰擔責？」
