立院三讀 勞保給付逾期加利息

（中央社記者陳偉婷台北20日電）立法院會今天三讀修正通過勞工保險條例部分條文，未來勞工保險局若逾期給付保險金，應加給利息。
按現行規定，年滿15歲以上，60歲以下勞工強制納入勞工保險，三讀通過的條文將投保上限延到65歲，且65歲以上勞工也能繼續投保勞保。
三讀條文也明定，未來勞保局核定保險給付後，應在15日內給付；年金給付應於次月底前給付。如果逾期給付，而可歸責於勞保局時，逾期部分應加給利息。
提案修法的中國國民黨籍立委鄭汝芬說，曾接到民眾陳情，因勞保局疏失，遲未領到保險金，導致權益受損，修法通過後將加計利息，對民眾更有保障。1011120

汽車強制險可以由許多保險業承辦，民眾完全不會因只能向中央健保局納保，感到奇怪，又國民有受國民教育之權利及義務，教育部也是透過許多公私立教育機構來辦理，為何就全民健保只能由中央健保局來辦理；國外也有健保，為何他國能有多元保險人。
更於2010年01月01日，讓單一壟斷之中央健保局成為公務機關，，權力甚至高於國家目前所有之獨立機關

大法官解釋形同具文，釋字第472號之解釋文結尾提到「依本解釋意旨，並
就保險之營運 (包括承保機構之多元化) 、保險對象之類別、投保金額、
保險費率、醫療給付、撙節開支及暫行拒絕保險給付之當否等，適時通盤
檢討改進，併此指明。」
這個國家充斥著多數暴力，以多數侵害少數，忽視醫療工作者之憲法基本權，允許點數制來侵害其工作權及財產權，允許健保藉由審查回推放大（刪太少或不配合之醫院，都要擔心遭到不測），和德國通過法律同意納粹迫害猶太人有何差別（若不殺猶太人或殺太少，也得擔心自身生命安全）。

握有行政權及立法權才是王道。
