（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎20日專電）法國總統歐蘭德今天要求行政調查，查清楚一位母親在來不及到達婦產科醫院，就在A20的高速公路上生產，造成新生兒不幸死亡的事件。

悲劇發生在昨天下午，一對夫妻在A-20高速公路上，趕往100公里外（車程約一小時）的婦產科醫院，妻子在途中臨產，他們呼叫消防隊，消防隊員趕到，卻發現新生兒已經死了。

歐蘭德今天在尼斯（Nice）的會議上表示，這樣的悲劇又再次提醒大家不能接受醫療沙漠化。他要求社會事務部長圖雷（Marisol Touraine）進行行政調查，以了解這一悲劇存在的所有問題。

歐蘭德說，任何法國人獲得緊急救護都不應該超過30分鐘。他表示，這在一些問題社區、農村地區，已很困難，有時不可能在合理時間內找到一些專科醫生，甚至找到一位普通科的醫生。

婦人失子的悲劇就是導因於當地的婦產科醫院都關閉了，理由是要將醫療資源集中在大城市重組醫療服務和手術設備。

婦人居住的費吉克（Figeac）市前市長在一份聲明中說，「我們已經提醒過關閉婦產科醫院的風險」。南庇利牛斯大區（Midi-Pyrenees）省長馬爾維（Martin Malvy）也質疑，為什麼會發生這個悲劇？如果附近有婦產科醫院，這種事情會發生嗎？

法國在20年內，已有2/3的婦產科醫院關閉，8到9個省分只有一家婦產科醫院，法國婦產科醫生工會主席馬提（Jean Marty）就表示，許多公共和私人婦產科醫院都關閉了。

根據目前了解，高中畢業報考醫學系的學生，還是佔大多數。這幾年產業外移，電子業也大不如前，更加強學生報考醫學系的決心。他們和他們的父母以為，無論如何，醫學系出來，即使大醫院去不了，還是可以勉強自己開診所。

這是重點：可以自己開，自己當老闆，有最起碼的賺頭。比起其他科系的畢業生，還是強些。

醫界如果無法攻破這點，一樣永無翻身之日。
