被稱為史上最貪檢座的前高雄地檢署檢察官井天博，涉嫌10件以上的貪瀆案，其中一件甚至傳出插乾股，獲利超過10億；由於他在高雄地院開庭審理時，首度改口，坦承收受價值20萬元的幹細胞針組，院方認為他沒有串供之虞，裁定現金500萬交保，並限制出境，今天他籌到500萬獲釋，但對外界詢問，低調不語。

沉默不語，戴著口罩、白色帽子的他，就是前檢察官井天博，他涉嫌在3年前偵辦禁藥案時，利用職務之便簽結，換取被告孫姓女子在馬來西亞投資的事業插乾股，獲利超過10億，因此有了「10億雷洛」的稱號，25日高雄地院開庭審理，他首度鬆口。


高雄地院行政庭長李淑惠：「當庭對於他有收受幹細胞針組，這個事實他是承認的，他對於有到馬來西亞投資伐木事業，這個事實也是承認的。」


56歲的井天博，是台大法律系畢業，擔任檢察官長達近30年，出入名車代步，曾被政風單位拍到和年輕辣妹出入PUB，也曾傳出和黑道份子合夥包庇賭博電玩，作風爭議不斷。


今年1月，他因為涉嫌至少10件的索賄案被收押，並被自家人依貪瀆罪求刑10年以上，由於他坦承收受幹細胞針組，法官認為沒有串證之虞，諭令500萬交保並限制出境，經過一天的籌措，被稱為史上最貪檢座的井天博，繳交500萬後獲釋，但他嚴重毀損檢座形象，對於任何詢問一概沉默不語。
