是"病患"還是"客戶"?????

上星期五,看診時又看到一位桃園民意代表候選人.(1966年次,男性.....)

那位病患很愛遲到,遲到太久讓他等,他會生氣,遲到太久無法治療(約需1個小時的手術),他也會生氣.習慣發洩的方式就是在診間叫囂...

星期五的時候,由於開立診斷證明書的事由(其實我的判斷是他沒有保到這個治療,他太太已經問過保險公司,但是他又不死心,以為醫師隨便寫寫就有了,有跟病患說明狀況,但是他表示"我以前在銀行做過,我比你還清楚"),之後他在診間大吵大鬧,說要錄音,也說要找主任申訴,說"他是簽了自費同意書的客戶,不是病患,不要拿病患醫生來壓他..."

請問簽了"自費同意書"就不是"病患"了嗎???

如何克服這種有點"誇張"的病患呢?

由於上述病患最近又有新的發展,想請教各位先進如何處理是好呢??

該病患是為態度有點恐怖的病人,來院不停地抱怨,也不合作,抽菸很重,不刷牙,要拉一顆阻生的犬齒.該開刀的時候不開刀,拖拖拉拉,打了骨釘也不刷,髒呼呼的,因為很骯髒所以骨釘就經常發炎脫落 (就跟骨科的骨釘一樣,施力過大或方向不對會斷裂,照護不佳會發炎是相同的).然後因為病患的骨頭很硬,所以牽引的時候很不順.

今天我看到他在FB上抱怨,我覺得很恐怖,自己沒有好好照護,也沒有定期回診,發生事情就是抱怨,謾罵,但是似乎是沒有辦法處理這位病患的情緒.

我看他看到怕了,也很怕被告被誹謗也不想上媒體,我只是不想再看他了.由於我們的治療需要2年,有什麼辦法處理呢??

喔....原來是這個意思...

小妹行醫逾8年,做的是自費項目,一直以來都盡心盡力花很多時間跟病患溝通,從來沒有發生這樣的事情過.....

這次碰到這個真的是.....有苦難言阿....簡直是....
而且還會用"民代"(根本還沒有當上喔)或是"銀行經理"來壓我...(我也做過其他的民代好嗎.都沒有這樣的阿..)
已經被他嚷過超過5次了.....痛苦指數超級高阿.....
