前法官陳貽男窺人隱私 公懲會懲戒 當法官真爽

　陳貽男於民國98年到100年任職高院法官兼任庭長期間，利用高院單一登入窗口，查詢逾百筆與承辦案件無關的私人個資。

　司法院去年將陳貽男依違反公務員服務法，核予從重記一大過處分並免兼庭長職務。陳貽男於今年退休，3月間遭監察院通過彈劾，並移送公務員懲戒委員會審議。

　公懲會審議後指出，陳貽男身為資深法官竟以身觸法，違反個資法及司法院相關規定等，嚴重侵害他人資訊隱私權。公懲會審酌其事後深表愧悔，決議將他降2級改敘
