「我要命！我要假！不要錢！」、「健保制度將護理人員推入地獄」工傷協會及台灣基層護理產業工會籌備會今天到勞委會抗議，要求還給護理人員正常工時。

每年4月28日是國際工殤日，台灣基層護理產業工會籌備會及工作傷害受害人協會今天上午到行政院勞工委員會大門前抗議，要求廢除勞動基準法第84之1條責任制，改善護理人員超時工作的現況。

台灣基層護理產業工會籌備會成立於去年5月，透過臉書發起串連組成，提供基層護理人員協助，協助對抗血汗醫院各種變項剝奪薪資及勞力的剝削。

台灣基層護理產業工會籌備會成員王云緒指出，十幾年來，醫院節省人事費用成本支出比例逐年降低，護理人員勞動條件低落，休息時間不足，嚴重過勞。

王云緒說明，現在護理人員面臨最嚴重的問題是「畸形班表」與「沒有獲得合理休息時間與休假」，多數護理人員一週要輪2到3種班，常發生超過午夜12時後上小夜班，隔天7時又要上白班，「已明顯違反勞基法第34條，勞工採晝夜輪班制，其工作班次每週應更換一次的規定。」

因有上述狀況，護理人員僅能利用換班時間休息調時差，多數護理人員在嚴重失眠獲睡眠不足的狀態下工作，就算生病也很難請假，甚至需靠藥物幫助入睡。王云緒說，「畸形班表」導致出現「病人照顧病人」的狀況，不足為奇，即便衛生署提供新台幣20億元獎勵金，提高護理人員夜班費及超時加班費等，「恐怕我們有錢，也沒命花。」

台灣基層護理產業工會籌備會認為，相關單位應規範護理人員換班間隔48小時，避免「畸形班表」逼人過勞。

基層護理產業工會籌備會將於五一勞動節當天，參與「五一勞工反剝削大遊行」，並於5月12日護師節，到衛生署陳情抗議，要求立即改善護理人員勞動條件。
