2012年 02月24日 【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】「籃球之神」飛人麥可喬丹近日透過網路發表公開聲明，欲控告有5千家連鎖店的中國喬丹體育公司侵權，該公司不但使用其姓名，更用喬丹剪影作為公司標誌，還藉喬丹背號「23」誤導消費者。但喬丹體育公司則以「23只是個數字」等詭辯，並稱「我們跟喬丹的關聯只是消費者的一種猜測而已」。網友氣到沒力，大嘆「無恥無極限」。


麥可喬丹（Michael Jordan）前天透過新架設的個人官方網站（http://0rz.tw/B0f4e）發表公開聲明影片，指控中國喬丹體育公司在沒有獲得其同意的情況下，擅自使用其中文姓名作為商標。


撇剪影是籃球動作
喬丹稱：「這種行為讓我受到傷害，除了透過法律手段維護權益，我別無選擇」，同時強調訴訟案「無關金錢，而是出於堅持原則和保護自己的名字」。
實際上，這家出身於福建省、現正準備上市的公司不僅以「喬丹（中國）」作為專賣店店名，更藉喬丹在場上運球的剪影作為公司標誌，同時使用喬丹背號「23」的數字製作產品。據稱連喬丹兩名子女的中文譯名都已遭該公司搶先註冊。之前還曾發生北京消費者因遭該公司誤導，事後發現受騙憤而向北京法院提告的案例。
然而該公司昨對於「誤導」質疑，卻皆以詭辯態度回應。不但稱「23只是個數字，比如說零售價23塊錢、230塊錢」，對於剪影標誌則表示：「那是一個籃球的動作、一個體育的動作，也可以理解為一個跑步的動作」。至於店名更辯稱「不光是籃球有一個喬丹，國外那麼多名人叫喬丹」，並強調「我們沒有任何侵權嫌疑」。


民眾痛罵「不要臉」
由於該公司旗下連鎖店與專賣店高達5千多家，年營業額高達120億元台幣。
許多民眾直至昨天才了解其與麥可喬丹並無關聯，痛斥：「能不這樣不要臉嘛，竟然理直氣壯欺騙中國消費者。」
