依這些自認為專家的人的說法, 有一天他們也可以表示: 大麻比海洛因不毒, 所以大家可以吸食大麻.
難道, 不吃 "培林" 瘦肉精台灣人會死光光?

如果Ractopamine直接音譯成「萊克多巴胺」就可以「避免不必要的困擾及聯想」，所以安非他命改稱為去羥基麻黃素就不會要你的命嗎？
某專家曾撰文批評用抗生素養豬在我們生活環境中將造成更多抗藥性細菌，導致醫療失敗的問題。但同一個人居然敞開雙臂歡迎瘦肉精，我真是百思不得其解。
林杰樑醫師在擔任實習醫師時突患怪病，必須開始洗腎，一度萬念俱灰，後來以成為腎臟科、毒物科醫師為職志，所以這位對毒物有切身之痛的醫師對三聚氰胺、瘦肉精等重大議題的意見，我一定咀嚼再三。
多年前我嗜食美國草莓，尤其是加州的Driscoll’公司出產的，在一些超市都可以買到該公司的盒裝草莓，當時我發現如果一天內吃完一盒，兩天後就會有舌頭潰瘍的情形，本來不以為意，後來發現舌頭潰瘍都是發生在每年吃草莓前後，有一次在ＴＶＢＳ看到「美國草莓有農藥（芬普寧，Fenpropathrin），一．四噸全銷毀」的新聞，新聞上出現的品牌，我一眼認得，再查資料，該農藥確實會造成口腔潰瘍，從此我再也不敢吃美國草莓。
在台灣，有一群年輕人，以他們的親自走訪跟網路行銷，把一群不用除草劑、抗生素、化肥的農家集結起來，網站名稱意同擁抱（HUG,http://www.hug.com.tw/hug/about.jsp）。細讀了這個網站後，我開始不追逐進口水果，我以碳足跡、當季生產的概念採買水果，不但吃得健康，也把錢回饋給HUG那群最有良心的果農。

Salbutamol, Thoephylline皆是氣喘治療用藥,都有支氣管擴張作用.
其差異在於作用機轉不同:
Salbutamol:
活化支氣管平滑肌細胞膜上的beta-2 receptor,而達到鬆弛支氣管平滑肌的效果.
Theophylline:
抑制支氣管平滑肌細胞內Phosphodiesterase(PDE) 的活性,而促使支氣管擴張.
