〔記者游明金／宜蘭報導〕國立陽明大學附設醫院新院區工程即將動工，預計民國一○四年啟用，立法院決議，屆時，目前的新民院區必須關閉；國民黨立委林建榮說，只要他在，新民院區絕對不會關閉。民進黨陣營抨擊，新院區經費被刪，舊院區要關閉，都是國民黨的決議，林建榮根本無法捍衛縣民權益。

綠︰國民黨團決議關舊院

陽醫新院區位於森林保育處已廢棄的木材加工廠，占地約九公頃，九十四年奉行政院核定後，一波多折。原本經費四十九億，被立法院砍到剩廿億元，醫療中心等級也沒了，甚至要求啟用後，目前的新民院區要關閉，引起縣民強烈不滿。

新院興建經費 立院砍掉29億

陽醫只能在既有經費下委託規劃設計，預訂興建一座地下兩層、地上八層建築，包括急性一般病床四百床、加護病床四十床、特殊病床六十二床的急重症醫院。主體工程預訂下個月底發包施工。昨天請來佛光山心培法師祈福灑淨，祈求施工順利平安，由於園區頗大，法師坐交通車沿途灑淨。

陽明大學校梁賡義說，新院區興建是陽明大學重要的里程碑，將蓋一所治療急重症及腫瘤的高品質醫院，提供縣民更完善、更優質的醫療照護服務。

目前陽醫急性一般病床有三百五十床，新院區將設四百床，若舊院區關閉，實際上只增加五十床的數量，外界質疑無法解決病床不足問題，要求關閉舊院區的作法，縣民無法接受也不能理解。

立委林建榮說，新院區興建只是開始，不是結束，先求有再求好，未來會持續擴充，打造高水準、高品質的醫院，至於舊院區，只要他在立法院就絕對不會關閉，現在離新院區完工還有很長時間，他會讓中央了解宜蘭的醫療需求。

民進黨立委參選人陳歐珀競選總部總幹事江聰淵說，國民黨立院黨團將陽醫經費砍到剩廿億元，又要求舊院區必須關閉，林建榮在立院竟然投下贊成票，根本無法捍衛縣民權益，現在提出「新民院區不會關閉」的保證，只是為了欺騙選票，真的很諷刺。
