中藥材中有活血化瘀功效的川芎也能治眼疾！國內醫學專家利用從川芎萃取的中藥活性成分「阿魏酸」，注入老鼠眼球玻璃體，發現有預防和治療視網膜疾病功效，有望成功開發成口服、針劑型新藥，對老年黃斑部病變等視網膜眼疾患者是一大福音！

衛生署中醫藥委員會十月十五、十六日將在中國醫藥大學舉辦「一百年度研究計畫成果發表」，其中「一種治療視網膜缺血及青光眼的中草藥組成物」獲國內專利。

接受該委員會委託進行上述研究的振興醫院眼科主治醫師趙效明指出，視網膜缺血、氧化壓力增加及發炎會刺激血管內皮的生長因子增加，是導致老年性黃斑部病變主因。若在發病前預防、改善視網膜缺血問題，可減少黃斑部病變發生。川芎有活血去瘀效果，可治療血液供需失衡的缺血問題；動物實驗中，將其中成分阿魏酸純化物打入有網膜缺血的老鼠玻璃體，生理、病理功能皆改善，預計半年內進入人體臨床試驗。

這項研究成果還可望嘉惠視網膜缺血、視網膜氧化壓力、青光眼、糖尿病視網膜病變及玻璃體出血等視網膜疾病患者，已取得國內專利，美國專利在申請中。

這個應該不是問題(有效的話.....看看西藥針劑的售價!) 是在顧慮視網膜毒性下 容許的最高劑量是否有比現在的注射藥好的問題.....如果跟一般中藥一樣 效果是兩三分之一 那是完全不值得開發針劑的....
