眼傷獲理賠 夜間開車挨告詐欺

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化5日電）彰化縣周姓男子因眼睛受傷，持醫院開的視力受損證明，向7家保險公司申請理賠，獲得賠償金新台幣770多萬元，由於男子夜間仍能開車買東西，彰化檢方今天將男子依詐欺罪起訴。

彰化地檢署起訴書指出，53歲的周姓男子民國98年 12月在家中修水電時，不小心傷到眼睛，而周姓男子除了在87年及88年向2家保險公司投保之外，另在98年2月到11月之間，先後向5家保險公司投保。

檢方表示，周姓男子眼睛受傷後，先後在彰化秀傳醫院、彰化基督教醫院以及台中榮民總醫院就診、進行視力檢查，而彰基醫院等3家醫院也幫男子進行萬國視力表、神經電氣生理檢查、視覺誘發電位檢查等3項視力檢查。

檢方說，周姓男子隨後手持3家醫院開出的左眼裸視0.01、視力喪失、重度視神經受損等診斷證明書，向大都會保險、新光人壽、蘇黎世保險公司等7家保險公司申請理賠，其中只有大都會保險賠償775萬6065元。

保險公司發現，周姓男子可以自己騎機車到郵局提款以及到水果攤買水果，晚上還能自己開車出門買家電及領錢，於是向刑事警察局報案。

檢方表示，周姓男子坦承以全盲為由申請保險金，但辯稱，他在接受視力檢查時眼睛的確有問題，不過後來因為一直在醫院接受治療，狀況好轉，才能騎機車及開車出門買東西。

彰化地檢署起訴書指出，周姓男子明知萬國視力檢查表、神經電氣生理檢查等檢查視力結果與事實不符，仍向醫生謊稱視力情形或是未向醫生反映檢查有誤，所為已觸犯詐欺取財等罪嫌，依法提起公訴。

面對遭檢方依詐欺罪起訴，周姓男子只說此事與媒體無關，不願接受採訪。
