柯語錄 讓網友為之瘋狂

台大醫學院教授柯文哲個性直率敢言，他的「柯語錄」已經在網路上紅了好多年。

報系資料照最近台大醫院愛滋器捐案，台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲將移付懲戒，他在感慨中仍不忘自嘲:「大家都怕下台，我就當他們的台階好了。」還說，「萬一不能再當醫師，乾脆去開補習班，或到民進黨艱困選區選立委。」為流傳多年的「柯語錄」再添兩筆名言。

「柯語錄」在網路上已紅了多年，一句「我生平最討厭三樣東西：蚊子、蟑螂、國民黨」，讓不少網友大開眼界，心想這個醫師未免太猛了吧。台大學生、網友將他這些年的話，整理出「柯語錄」，第一則就是「台灣的媒體不是自由業而是製造業，台灣沒有記者只有作者」，其次是「我講一句話，第二天看到十家報紙就有十種版本」。

從來不避諱自己政黨傾向的柯文哲，在面對扁政府時期駙馬爺趙建銘所捅下馬蜂窩，毀壞台大百年清譽時，曾對媒體說，「做道德的事應該是很自然的，但現在，做道德的事需要勇氣，而且是很大的勇氣，真慘喔！」

「趙建銘案，我只是講實話，結果變成台大醫院的阿卿嫂，被當作怪胎。趙建銘做錯了嗎？廢話，這不是問題，趙建銘當然做錯了，可是台大醫院為什麼會出現趙建銘，這才是問題。沒人敢去面對問題，最後把他趕走，當作沒發生這件事，簡直是殺人滅口！」

在課堂上，柯文哲的快人快語，以及自負，也讓學生大開眼界。例如「ECMO這個東西現在全地球上要找五個最懂的人喔，我就是其中一個，但是你想當第六個嗎？不需要嘛！太深奧了，學這個做什麼呢！」

「你現在學的臨床治療方法，兩年就舊了，五年就丟垃圾桶了，所以我在美國唸書時都在做什麼呢？都在練英文以及釣魚。最笨的人才會去背那些chemotherapy的protocol，真是haudai（耗呆，台語「笨蛋」之意），那些看得懂就好了，背那個做什麼！」

「你們不要看我柯文哲上課像唐老鴨，你們應該有聽過我在ICU（加護病房）是像俾斯麥。但是偉大的不是俾斯麥，偉大的是普魯士陸軍。如果俾斯麥生在當時的中國，指揮北洋艦隊，他就變成李鴻章，只能去簽馬關條約。」

「美國的學費非常貴，所以學生對老師上課的要求很嚴格，如果老師上課在抬槓，他們會寫信去申訴要求換掉老師，因為這種老師是在浪費他們的錢，像我現在這樣早就被趕下去了。」

對於一些醫院現象，柯文哲也自有一套邏輯。例如，鬼月為什麼不能開刀？柯語錄如是說：「鬼月不能開刀，這我最近也想出了其中的道理。七月份，是什麼時候？就是新的R1（住院醫師第一年）和新的intern（實習醫師）上來的時候，現在你們知道這都是有道理的了」。
