〔記者蔡彰盛、施曉光、王昶閔、趙靜瑜／綜合報導〕針對聯合報報導竹市南門醫院在愛滋男器官捐贈後，還向家屬追討約三萬元住院與手術費一事，南門醫院昨天指出，報導與事實嚴重不符，家屬早已依健保規定將這筆錢領回，卻有人未求證即指院方「死要器官、死要錢」，將對相關人等保留法律追訴權，以討回醫譽。

記者昨天前往器捐愛滋男家中求證，家人僅願意透過對講機表示，他們並未對南門醫院有所抱怨，也沒有透過器官捐贈義工向立委呂學樟陳情，不願發表任何意見。

南門醫院副院長江銘基說，愛滋男墜樓後因幾乎腦死送進加護病房，依照健保法規定，家屬需暫時先付清部分負擔，等健保局審核屬於重大傷病範疇，就可退費。家屬在九月廿日以簽切結書方式，將這筆款項領回。

立委呂學樟昨天說，他先前的話只是為了凸顯制度的不合理，將提出人體器官移植條例修正草案，主張應成立全國器捐捐贈關懷中心，各縣市也要設置分支機構，建立捐贈聯繫制度與程序。他也說南門醫院受委屈了，院方都依法處理，並無不當。

器捐義工李道霖說，先前聯合報引用他的話有張冠李戴，以致「擦槍走火」，他不是怪南門醫院依規定先收部分負擔費用，而是認為健保局應全部負擔器捐費用才對。

根據衛生署與器官登錄中心瞭解，該筆兩萬八千元費用是病患急救期間的加護病房處置費用，當家屬決定捐出器官後發生的一切費用，則完全由健保支付。

衛署︰器捐者醫療費 已全免

衛生署長邱文達表示，從九十九年開始，有關器官捐贈者的醫療費用，已經全額免費，目前只有無健保卡者、外國人在加護病房後段醫療費用，還是要繳費，但未來也將考慮免費。

聯合報編輯部表示，該條新聞已經經過查證，也訪問相關人士。
