台北市勞工局表示，「台北市政府核備勞基法第84條之1約定書審查標準」將分兩階段實施，第一階段於今天公告實施，實施對象除航空業外包含37類行業，第二階段將於10月底實施。


勞工局表示，第一階段實施對象共37類，其中駕駛與保全業為部分實施，適用對象包括保全業駐衛警及系統保全、醫療保健服務業的醫事技術及檢驗人員、房屋仲介業的不動產經紀人員、會計服務業的會計助理、會計師以及廣告業的經理以上人員與創作人員、客務企劃人員等。

勞工局勞動基準科長梁蒼淇表示，第一階段實施後，依據規定，適用行業工作者每日工時不得超過12小時，除醫療保健服務業因手術需要，可以不受12小時的限制，但下次出勤必須間隔12小時，讓工作人員適當休息。另外，每4週正常工時上限則分為3類，分別不得超過240、260及288個小時。

第二階段預計於10月底實施，適用對象包括駕駛業的中央部會首長駕駛、保全業的運鈔及人身保全，還有航空業的前後艙工作人員。

勞工局長陳業鑫表示，審查基準實施後，將加強宣導，並指導事業單位與勞工重新簽約，也將加強勞動檢查， 若未依規定讓勞工超時工作，最高可罰新台幣30萬元
