婦吊點滴隔天猝死 初判疑因腸阻塞

雲林縣北港鎮25歲蔡姓婦女日前身體不適到診所吊點滴，沒想到隔天死亡，法醫昨天解剖，初步研判死因應是腸阻塞等因素，排除中毒死亡可能，不過家屬質疑腸阻塞不致猝死，檢方表示將進一步化驗，釐清死因。

蔡姓婦人本月10日肚疼後到鎮上某診所就醫，醫生認為她可能胃病舊疾復發，當天打完點滴讓她回家休息；蔡婦回家後只喝少許水，身體仍感不適，隔天清晨7點被發現死亡，蔡夫認為，妻子猝死可能與醫院用藥有關。

為釐清此案是否與南投離奇5死案有關，承辦5死案的法醫潘至信昨天到雲林相驗，經過2個多小時解剖，法醫發現蔡女小腸有一大段已壞死發黑，研判死因是腸器官問題，排除中毒死亡可能。

雲林地檢署主任檢察官蔣得龍表示，蔡女小腸除了壞死發黑，還有打結情況，法醫將進一步化驗。

蔡女父親說，他曾請教醫師，醫師說女兒可能是腸阻塞，應不致猝死，解剖時他看見女兒小腸壞死變黑部分達100公分，希望相關單位持續追查，不要讓女兒死得不明不白。

台大雲林分院副院長林宏茂說，腸阻塞症狀為腹脹、腹絞痛、惡心嘔吐、便秘，若未及時治療會引發腸絞塞、腹膜炎、敗血症休克，若到了敗血症休克，就可能有生命危險。

搞不好有被機車撞到,
搞不好晚餐吃到馬錢子,
搞不好睡覺時被蛇咬到,
偏偏就是想到是醫生的問題....

講難聽點, 搞不好是家屬想詐領醫糾賠償金把患者弄死,
別說不可能, 為了詐領保險金害死親人的都有了, 但是會被保險公司查出來, 風險高,
詐領醫糾賠償金的風險相對的低很多了...
