教師組工會 家長盼不傷受教權 【19:05】

〔中央社〕全國教師工會總聯合會今天舉行成立大會。全國家長團體聯盟表示，希望工會能站在孩子受教權的立場去考量，在不傷害學生受教權的前提下，再去爭取教師應有的權益和福利。

全教總今天舉行成立大會。全教總在成立宣言也表示，值此教育價值混淆，教師專業式微，全教總將以集體力量重新詮釋勞動基本權，實踐教師工會教育理想，開啟教育新紀元。

全國家長團體聯盟理事長謝國清表示，新「工會法」今年5月實施後，教師開始紛紛成立工會，但相關法規卻沒有跟著進行調整，如教師三法原本該在立法院上個會期進行修法，但卻沒有完成，因此，希望教師三法能盡速在立法院下個會期完成修法，提供教師遵循和規範的準則。

謝國清也指出，除了盡速修教師三法外，教師評鑑也應該盡速入法；此外，像是教師成績考核委員會和學生申訴評議委員會，應該減少教師代表員額，增加社會公正人士，避免發生「師師相護」為人詬病的情形。

謝國清也提到，教師雖已組成總工會，但還是希望工會幹部能以社會公義責任為主，站在孩子受教權的立場去考量，在不傷害學生受教權的前提下，再去爭取教師應有的權益和福利。
