〔本報訊〕台北市政府預算怎麼花？有議員踢爆郝龍斌市府推出「GPS衛星定位撿垃圾」，預算高達700萬，不過成效不彰，目前實際執行狀況評估，撿1件垃圾平均花費高達7000元，實在是「郝」浪費。

　民進黨台北市議員何志偉質疑，北市府利用「GPS衛星定位系統」，讓學生可以透過拍照、上傳垃圾所在位置，通報清潔大隊來清理，整個過程實在花錢又花時間，「用教育推廣環保很好，但為何要花大錢？又沒有成效？」這樣的狀況相信任何人都無法茍同。

　實際檢視郝龍斌推出的「GPS衛星定位撿垃圾」計畫，排入預算高達700萬元，目前實際執行只有110件、耗費70萬，平均計算撿1件垃圾要花7000元，實在很誇張。

　對此，台北市環保局官員回應，當時通過這項預算的時間點在去年，同學們執行的時間很短，所以目前就針對政策下結論其實不太公平。
