5千萬 買屋踏足醫美【陳幼英╱台北報導】黃維德2年半前與伊能靜爆出「牽手情」後，鮮少在台露面，日前為拍電玩廣告《天朝Online》返台，不但來去匆匆，為免行蹤曝光被跟拍，他也已搬離台北東區舊宅，改住新北市116坪3000萬元的新居，另外他努力發展副業，共投入超過2000萬元開設醫美診所。但一問到關鍵字「伊能靜」、「女友小陸」，他都笑笑說：「不予置評，無可奉告。」

黃維德2008年11月與伊能靜在北京牽手被拍，他僅在2009年10月出席民視《母儀天下》記者會時公開露面。前天他為電玩廣告返台，昨天拍完馬上飛雲南拍新戲《山茶花》，未多停留。他在電玩中扮演戰場上滿身傷仍屹立不搖的將軍，眼神超殺。

聞伊能靜「無可奉告」

黃維德面對感情問題，依舊維持低調，被問到是否會跟交往21年的女友小陸趕搭百年結婚潮？跟伊能靜是否有聯絡？是否知道《壹週刊》報導激似伊能靜薄紗光碟？黃維德始終面帶微笑說：「不予置評，無可奉告。」

黃維德為免再被跟拍他私下生活，已將位於東區的住處租給藝人謝承均，另外在新北市花3000萬元購買新居供自己和家人居住。此外，他也看上醫美事業潛力，這幾年花了1000多萬元在忠孝東路上投資4間醫美診所，未來將與其他2名股東合資3000萬元，今年8月15日另在北京開設醫美診所，與台灣醫生合作，專門服務頂級客人。
黃維德9年前就曾嘗試過脈衝光，當時與醫美結緣，近幾年他投資醫美，也曾做過微整形，試過柔膚雷射及除皺的課程，他說：「我要自己試過，覺得沒副作用，才敢介紹。」
