乳變形11次手術無效 醫師起訴

桃園市知名黃姓整型醫師替50歲婦人隆乳，造成婦人左乳莢膜變形變硬，歷經11次手術無法改善，婦人乳頭甚至凹陷，花10萬元違法植入果凍矽膠，連右乳也變形，桃園地檢署昨依業務過失傷害罪、違反藥師法罪嫌起訴醫師。

黃姓醫師（50歲）昨天並未對此回應。他在庭訊時供稱，造成莢膜的原因很多，婦人的體質及生活習慣都有影響，且從民國95年起，只要屬於乳房重建手術就可以使用果凍矽膠，否認違法。

檢方調查，黃姓醫師95年1月第一次替婦人植入鹽水袋隆乳手術，疑似疏忽未注意，造成左乳術後嚴重莢膜變形，同年8月至97年2月，進行多達10次去除莢膜手術，婦人非但未改善，左乳頭更嚴重凹陷。

97年5月，黃姓醫師要求婦人支付10萬元，改植入當時衛生署仍禁止使用、俗稱果凍矽膠的凝聚性矽膠，仍未改善，卻連右乳也變型，造成雙乳出現高低差距，婦人憤而提告。

檢方表示，婦人去年到另間醫院重建乳房，復原良好，可見不是受體質影響，而是黃手術失誤造成，衛生署97年10月3日才核准使用果凍矽膠，黃為牟利擅自植入當時遭禁用的醫療器材，涉嫌違反藥事法。

林口長庚醫院顯微重建外科主任鄭明輝說，「莢膜」是人體對外來物質產生的異物反應生成物，就像疤痕，會包覆被植入的義乳，每一名隆乳者都有，但莢膜出現變厚變硬的攣縮現象各自不同，嚴重者乳房會變形變硬。

鄭明輝表示，莢膜臠縮原因可能是體質不同、發炎、傷口積血水或血腫塊等，通常按摩3到6個月可讓莢膜變軟，但無法根治，重複開刀可能使症狀更嚴重。
