在台灣讀中醫 執業路寬、待遇好

學生有意學中醫，可能選擇台灣、大陸或美國等地，不過，牽涉學歷認證、考照及生涯規畫，教育部和台灣教育界建議學生，決定前要仔細評估。

長庚大學中醫系主任沈建忠指出，選擇到那裡讀中醫，要先想清楚未來想在那裡執業，因為台灣、大陸、美國等三地中醫課程不同，而考照牽涉學歷認證。

不少台生到大陸讀中醫，不過教育部高教司副司長楊玉惠說，雖然陸生三法通過後，台灣初期承認大陸41所大學的學歷，但醫事相關科系都排除在外。

美國方面，楊玉惠表示，台灣承認美國、歐盟等9大區域醫、牙學歷，在非政府規範的9大區域拿到醫、牙學歷，要先通過甄試，學歷才被承認，才能參加國考。

至於中醫，楊玉惠說，除了台灣學歷，民眾在其他地區取得的中醫學歷，台灣都不承認，不能參加國考，也不能執業。美國現在中醫很紅，如要在美國執業，當然可以去美國念中醫，如要在台灣發展，美國中醫學歷不被台灣承認。

美國德州中醫學院校長曹平惠和沈建忠都說，在大陸讀中醫後確實可在大陸執業，但薪水很低，曹平惠說，有台灣學生花5年在北京念完中醫且在大陸執業，一個月薪水只有兩千元人民幣。

沈建忠表示，台灣的大學中醫系每年招收學生並不多，除大學部，也有學士後中醫課程，台灣課程扎實，在中醫領域中什麼都學，還有西醫課程，希望對人體有綜合性概念。

沈建忠也表示，大陸中醫系西醫課程很少，且學校好壞差很多；美國執業時以針灸為主，課程也強調針灸。

收入方面，沈建中表示，以長庚醫院為例，中醫住院醫師一個月有7 、8萬，至於開業中醫一個月12萬元起跳。
