921地震後11年，全倒房屋竟然改判為半倒，台中縣一名受災戶賴小姐，當初溢領的20萬慰助金，現在被迫得繳回一半，偏偏生活陷入困境，吃飯都成問題，但政府10月5日將強制執行，她走投無路，揚言要輕生一了百了。


拿著法務部的強制執行通知，賴小姐雙手直發抖，離10月5日到期日只剩6天，她身無分文，要去哪湊10萬現金，眼淚鼻涕止不住，她真的不想活了。


賴小姐是921地震受災戶，當時所居住的集合大樓被判定全倒，領了20萬慰助金，怎知事隔6年，太平市公所來函改判為半倒，還要求她溢領的10萬必須繳回，賴小姐災後喪偶無家可歸，現在還得投靠女兒撫養，公所卻從95年開始，年年寄追討通知，連法務部都來函要強制執行。


公所解釋，領全倒補助後，房屋必須拆除，但事隔11年，原址仍在，才會改判半倒，至於補助金繳納，可以協商，從寬執行。(民視新聞喬祖豫台中報導)
