美CIA酷刑逼供 醫護員摻一腳!?

一項最新報告揭露，有醫療人員參與協助美國中央情報局CIA對恐怖份子嫌犯的酷刑逼供。人權團體「人權醫生組織指出，在CIA監督之下，醫療專業人員曾經以實驗的名義，積極參與刑求反恐戰爭嫌犯，藉以調整酷刑手段所造成的傷害，以及加強對於酷刑效果的瞭解，並且企圖用研究實驗的名義，掩飾非法偵訊。


　　這些酷刑手段包括了灌水、強迫裸體、剝奪睡眠、極端溫度和長期單獨監禁等等。報告指出，參與刑求的醫護人員，不但違反了醫療專業倫理，更觸犯了美國法律和國際法。
