〔記者吳仁捷／台北報導〕台北縣新莊消防分隊女隊員蔡佳紋日前搶救新莊市承霖塑膠工廠大火不慎摔傷，傳出收治的署立台北醫院急著要趕人出院，台北縣消防局與院方溝通，同意在自費下讓女隊員繼續留院休養。

台北醫院︰因是急性病床

台北醫院澄清，醫院病床屬急性病床，醫師若認定病患沒必要住院時，為避免增加健保給付被健保局依違反健保法處以數十倍高額罰款，多會要求無急迫性病人返家休養，並非刻意趕女隊員出院，接獲消防局反映後，也已專案處理。

協調後 自費留院休養

新莊市長許炳崑昨天以義消身分與消防局第二大隊長林文山、義消大隊長林俊德等人先後探視蔡佳紋；蔡佳紋因重傷身體虛弱，家人轉達連「上下床都很痛」，暫沒有移動出院意願。

許炳崑、林文山等人允諾向院方爭取，並承諾市公所、消防局等單位會代為負擔自費住院及醫藥費。

新莊義消分隊長梁碧村說，當天火災有3名消防隊員受傷，包括新莊分隊女隊員蔡佳紋、樹潭分隊小隊長林聖如、德音分隊女隊員楊舒喬，林、楊2人送醫後已無大礙。
