大陸人體器官買賣猖獗　「供體」被雙重剝削

你知道你身上的器官分別「標價」多少嗎？中國每年150萬名需要器官移植患者的等待，催生了一個新興行業「人體器官買賣」。由於買進與賣出的差價高達人民幣10萬元（約新台幣46萬元），這高額利潤也使得「人體器官買賣仲介」跟著應運而生。


據大陸媒體報導，以賣肝為例，河南一位賣出自己60%肝的提供者，可以拿到人民幣2.5萬元，但接受肝移植的病患，買肝卻要15萬元，仲介業者借機大賺黑心錢。不僅如此，仲介業者為了提供足夠的器官給買家，還專業地把賣器官的人集合起來「豢養」，在河南省鶴壁市淇縣民政局對面就有一戶「人圈」。


據悉，淇縣位於鄭州、北京之間，離兩個城市都不遠，所以「養」的成本也可以低很多。這些被養的器官供應者稱為「供體」，可以免費吃、住、玩，每餐伙食都有肉有菜，無聊還有電腦可以玩遊戲，行動自由，即使中途反悔也可以隨時離開。由於「富人要健康、窮人要錢」，所以這些供體通常是因為家窮、缺錢，來到這裡等著賣肝、賣腎，趁機賺取微薄錢的年輕男子。


仲介為保證品質，通常會要「供體」先做基本的健康檢查，看看有沒有傳染病，合格的才能留下，特別的是，因為AB血型的患者較少，仲介怕賣不出去，所以不養。因為法律規定，活體器官的接受人必須是捐贈者的配偶或血親，仲介為「合法」，他們還會偽造親緣証明。


在完成器官移植手術後，惡劣的仲介還會在買方與賣方雙方面欺瞞，一方面開出較高的價錢招來「供體」，但事成之後卻以各種理由扣錢；另一方面向接受移植的病患追加費用，並威脅「不給錢就把你們廢了」。這次就因為仲介把供體逼到絕路向警方報案，這起事件才會東窗事發。


報導表示，在這一個完整的買賣鏈條中，「供體」、受者、仲介、醫院，互相密切配合、各取所需，也因為大陸每年有約150萬名患者等待器官移植，但只有1萬多人能進行，供需不平衡，產生巨大的缺口，讓活體器官買賣的地下市場依然活躍。
