青年學生春假假期，做什麼休閒娛樂呢？衛生署疾病管制局與國立科學工藝
博物館開發出一款以「養成遊戲」為架構的線上遊戲--「玫瑰進行曲」，提
供年輕人透過喜愛的線上遊戲，認識生活中各項與愛滋病相關的行為與知識

依據該局最新統計資料：國內愛滋感染者（本國籍）計18,524例，以20-29歲
最多佔37.5%，其次為30-39歲佔35.5 %。且感染者有逐漸年輕化的趨勢，
2009年15-24歲新通報之感染者較2008年增加了17.7%，該族群又以「性行為」
為主要傳染途徑，佔 91.8%。因此該局設計此一線上遊戲，希望藉由年青人
熟悉的管道加強宣導愛滋病防治觀念。

「玫瑰進行曲」線上遊戲中，玩家可選擇扮演男學生或女學生，在18歲生日
的早晨獲得一顆神奇的玫瑰花種子，這顆種子開出什麼顏色的花朵？視玩家
在遊戲中參與的13個故事的過程及結果而定。

故事設定學校生活、社團活動、打工交友等不同情境下，劇中人物都有著不
同的處境與煩惱，例如：愛麗絲因男朋友提出「不發生性關係，就是不夠愛
我」而答應了「性」的請求，卻又面臨「戴保險套影響觸感」的責難；好哥
們炮哥懷疑自己感染愛滋，擔心害怕之餘，想透過捐血來進行愛滋篩檢；在
夜店認識的小麗，因損友的慫恿而染上藥癮，與其他人共用稀釋液與針頭，
甚至成為販毒的一員，準備出賣身體……；同學小杰對自己的性傾向充滿疑
惑，流連在GayBar、三溫暖等同志聚集處，有一天受邀參加「轟趴」……；
表姊媛媛懷孕2個月，正為迎接新生命的誕生而欣喜若狂，卻發現丈夫感染愛
滋，在醫生建議下媛媛進行愛滋篩檢，發現自己也已經被感染，她是否還能
順利產下健康的寶寶呢？

玩家在認識各式各樣的人物後，做出不同的判斷與行為，玩家在遊戲的過程
中，協助這些人物面對誘惑、困難及挑戰，進行抉擇，同時認識愛滋病的傳
染途徑、預防、治療及如何關懷愛滋病患者。而所有選擇的結果都會成為玫
瑰花種子的養分，使種子開出不同顏色的花朵，不同顏色的玫瑰花正代表著
玩家對於愛滋病的認知及態度。
