勞保洞更大 900萬人明年漲保費

健保要漲，勞保也要漲了！依勞保條例規定，明年一月一日起，勞保費率從現行六．五％調漲至七％，全台至少九○八萬名勞工保費支出將增加！但勞保潛藏負債仍高達一．一兆，頂多再撐十七年就會破產。

　勞委會主委王如玄昨日在立院衛環委員會表示，勞保年金上路後，因單次給付金額降低，加上依法可逐步調高費率至十二％，暫時延後勞保破產時間。勞保局統計，勞保基金規模到二月底約二九七一億，符合老年給付請領資格約一七三萬人，若全部人都來領，勞保得支出一兆四千六百五十五億，勞保將負債一兆以上。

　立委侯彩鳳質疑，勞保財務明明比健保還嚴重，「人家都從加護病房救回來了，勞保已癌症第三期，怎麼沒聽到勞委會在唉呢？」

　王如玄表示，勞保財務從她上任以來壓力就很大，前行政院長劉兆玄得知勞保財務結構脆弱的嚴重性後，請經建會研究所有社會保險的財務解決方式。

　侯彩鳳追問，是否會像楊志良一樣為勞保財務「揮一揮衣袖」離開，還是要勇於任事借錢？王如玄沒有正面回應，但強調「我任內除法律規定外，絕對不會調漲費率」，寄望政府撥補解決勞保長期累積的財務黑洞。

　勞保條例規定，年金上路後，第三年費率自動調高○．五個百分點。即明年起，全台至少九○八萬勞工勞保費將增加，以全體勞保平均投保薪資二萬八千零四十三元計算，一般受雇勞工每月將增加廿八元保費支出，在職業工會投保的勞工每月保費更將增加八十四元。
