少女化危機 呂副：男人該擔心

【台灣醒報記者鍾禎祥報導】大家都知道「少子化」，但台灣「少女化」問題更嚴重！婦團秘書長何碧玲憂心，少子化危機下，「重男輕女」導致台灣女嬰出生率遠低於男嬰，男女人口不均嚴重。不過前副總統呂秀蓮輕鬆表示，真正該擔心這問題的是男人才對，因為「沒有了女人，男人怎麼辦？」


台灣人口出生率世界最低，少子化問題嚴重影響國家競爭力，但「少女化」卻被大家忽略，目前台灣嬰兒性別比，男女比率為1.1：1，有嚴重失衡的趨勢。


為了深究原因，婦團特別在婦女節前夕設計線上問卷，調查台灣民眾對男女性別平等觀念的了解。今日婦團於總部召開記者會公布調查結果，並邀請前副總統呂秀蓮蒞臨參加，和大家分享她的女權經驗。


「這問題比天災更迫切！」何碧玲警告，若兩性人口比例產生嚴重失衡，台灣人口出生率下滑速度會更快。其他像老年生活無依靠，娶不到老婆的台灣男人只好尋找外籍配偶，「少女化」衍生很多新的社會問題。


民進黨前婦女部主任許嘉怡也同意，在調查中發現，很多人都知道「生理假」、「育嬰津貼」等各項政策，但當問到政策內容時，大部人都不清楚，顯然台灣兩性平權推廣還是停留在表面階段，並未落實，變成「空有生理假，卻沒人敢請」。


在這次調查中，有關優秀女性的問題錯誤認知的比例最高。台大政治系助教黃長玲指出，台灣教科書中，充斥許多女性刻板印象，歷史教材中忽略各領域傑出女性，產生男性較優越的錯誤印象，因此「重男輕女」的觀念根深柢固，難以打破。


何碧玲強調，若要解決女性出生率過低問題，非要靠國家力量不可。她舉例，韓國過去也曾發生過相同狀況，於是韓國政府制訂法律，禁止婦產科醫生讓孕婦知道胎兒性別，最後才有效解決。


「沒有了女人，男人怎麼辦？」對於現場婦權人士憂慮，呂秀蓮倒顯得一派輕鬆。她表示，該擔心這問題的是男人。當女人數量變少，在職場上表現又越來越好，未來女人將有充分條件自主生活，男人要擔心將來很可能孤獨終老。


呂秀蓮說，相同的問題在一胎化的中國早已發生，有8000萬名中國男人找不到老婆。她過去曾擔心中國男人會來台灣「搶老婆」，不過現在看來，兩岸男性將一起陷入「光棍危機」。
