官員查屋損 竟要災民笑一個

〔記者黃明堂／台東報導〕房屋垮在洪水裡，災民心碎了，但台東縣政府官員昨天查報屋損，竟要災民拿起牌子像「通緝犯」般逐一拍照，還說「笑一個」；災民為之傻眼，氣得罵：「我怎麼笑得出來？」


台東縣知本溫泉在八八水災被沖毀十三棟商店民宅，縣府社會處及卑南鄉公所昨天派出近十人展開房屋全倒半倒救助查報，還要災民到屋毀處拍照，災民親屬林長庚怒轟擾民。


他說，房屋都流失了，要站到那裡拍什麼？地籍、房屋權狀等資料，官方只要透過電腦系統就可調閱，一下子社會處、鄉公所，還有原民處、稅捐處，災民就算需要補助，哪有那麼多心力應付官員？


拿牌拍照 好像通緝犯


社會處官員說，仍應依程序查報拍照，災民為了領取補助，只好集體涉險過橋、爬梯，回到流失、傾倒的屋前，逐一拿著白板擺在胸前，上頭寫著姓名、地址、身分證字號拍照存證，連隨行工作人員都忍不住說：「這樣好像通緝犯」！


災民吳桂賢一家五口賴以棲身的鐵皮屋全倒，沒地方住了，拍照時官員竟要求「笑一下」，讓她當場愣住，說：「我哪笑得出來？」


吳桂賢認為對方只是開玩笑，她不計較，在意的是，政府到現在連個便當也沒給他們，昨天才領到一萬元慰問金，光買生活用品就用完了
