詐騙歪風盛行，台灣幾乎每位民眾都接過詐騙電話，監察院長王建（火宣）就對此說了重話，認為相關機關應該負責任，不然就要彈劾警政署長，甚至是內政部長及行政院長。對此，民進黨立委黃偉哲認為，督促治安機關查詐騙，只怕沒人管，不怕多人管；國民黨立委邱毅則說，他也贊成監委對此事開鍘，而且連金管會的責任也要追究。（程平報導）

政府部門無法遏止台灣的詐騙歪風，現在連監察院長王建（火宣）都看不下去了，甚至嗆明可能要對相關單位首長開鍘，民進黨立委黃偉哲認為，治安單位是否有盡責查詐騙，除了研考會及立法院要在政策施行上考核督促相關單位，監委當然也有權去評議，而且監督的人越多越好。（t）
