請問有沒有必要, 每年照環口攝影(panoramic)嗎?

附近的牙科, 最近引進數位環口攝影(panoramic) ,每位病人每年可以照一次 , 因為不了解所以就拒絕了.... 小姐還覺得我很奇怪 ,免費幫你檢查還不要 ?! 不知有沒有知情的大大說明解惑一下.謝謝.

一年可以拍幾張X光片？接受牙科治療，照了很多Ｘ光片，劑量安全嗎？

自然環境中也有輕微輻射存在，稱為自然背景輻射，牙科X光片中根尖片的輻射量相當於每人每日接受的輻射量，因此除了孕婦等各特殊情形，不必過度擔心X光片的輻射劑量。
一般而言，補綴、根管治療、牙周評估、簡單拔牙等攝影的「小片子」，每人每年的安全劑量是200片，而矯正、手術等大片子每人每年的安全劑量是約66張。

牙科常用的X光照相有哪些目的？

A : (1)牙根間周圍X光照相-可顯示出整顆齒牙根 及周圍骨骼組織
狀態一般用以檢查蛀牙範圍，根尖牙周組織是否發炎，
牙周組織破壞情形，牙根型態，根管治療之狀態結果
(2)臨接面X光照相-清楚顯示牙齒間之蛀蝕
(3)全口X光攝影-顯示整個頭顱，上下顎及 全口牙齒的大約狀
態，以供矯正、牙周病、口腔外科、全口復健、植牙等治
療時之 參考。

對於每年都照全口x光攝影還是存疑?
