病榻經／腰痛三訪醫 啊，原來是皮蛇

今年暑假我變成了家庭主夫，既要上班又要照顧兩個讀小學的孩子，非常忙碌。有天發覺肚子腰間有些不舒服，先不在意，過了一兩天，連晚上屈膝側睡覺時都痛，診所醫師認為應是腸胃問題。

不幸的，藥沒效，反而更加疼痛，到大醫院看家醫科，醫師往肚皮上左瞧瞧，右壓壓，發覺好像沒什麼異狀，建議照X光、驗尿，X光片看起來沒有什麼異狀，尿液也一切正常，醫師建議應該安排全身健康檢查，徹底瞭解，當然也先開了腸胃舒緩劑吃吃看。

兩醫院檢查不出原因，心想可能是撞傷了，買了「擦勞滅」及「按摩樂」用力的擦。隔天早上不但沒有舒緩，還像過敏般的在腰上出現紅色疹子，完了，愈擦愈糟，請老婆幫忙看看，她以常識判斷應該是帶狀疹。

假日好不容易找到一家離家不遠的皮膚科診所，迫不急待詢問醫師是否為帶狀疹，醫師點了點頭，答案終於揭曉，自己也鬆了一口氣，醫師還很好奇的問我為什麼知道是帶狀泡疹，還說許多人都分不清楚，我想經過一個多禮拜來的三訪醫師、疼痛的折騰，加上網路上相關的知識，我應該已算有些了解帶狀泡疹了吧，重要的是醫師總算可以對症下藥了，安排好的全身健康檢查也就先不去了。

經過好幾個禮拜，吃藥與擦藥雙管齊下，看著診子漸漸冒出來、連接起來還真像是一條蛇，此後疹子長大、破掉、變小、結痂、留下疤痕，疼痛感愈來愈小，最後終於擺脫皮蛇的干擾，但是還是有一些疤痕在，經過此次親身的體驗，印證了「不經一事，不長一智」，以後若有人有同樣的症狀時，我應該可以給一些建議了。

書田診所副院長曾興隆：

通常罹患帶狀疹沒有出現典型的症狀，一般人跟讀者一樣，並不容易及早察覺，因此肚子腰間不舒服，痛症低一點時，會以為是腎臟結石等問題，高一點就懷疑是腸胃問題，疹沒出來時，也可能會痛到1到2周，不少人是等到發疹或是親友也有類似症狀、感到疼痛時，才發現是帶狀疹惹的禍。

其實帶狀疹的痛法跟腸胃問題不太相同，通常腸胃有問題，是在肚子餓、或飽食時感受較深，但沒經驗者，也實在不容易體會，皮膚科門診時常可見帶狀疹患者，因此專科醫師多能診斷、提供治療。

帶狀疹、即俗稱的「皮蛇」，的確會因疲累、身體虛弱、免疫力下降時易感染，病毒沒有被壓制，而沿著神經分布、在皮膚上形成水泡皮疹，有時候是疼痛先發生，再感到像針刺、或火燒的疼痛。但被感染的接觸者，不一定會發病。而只有少數人，大約是千分之3的機率，會復發。

如疼痛難耐，除服用治療帶狀泡疹的抗病毒藥物外，醫師會視狀況給予適當的止痛藥劑，有時候也可以冰敷、緩解不適。
