失業週數史上最長／新鮮人求職 平均要等九個月

〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕經濟不景氣，失業率飆高，社會新鮮人求職史上最難！根據行政院主計處統計，今年五月「初次尋職者」失業週數高達三十八．三七週，創下史上最長失業週數，平均約九個月才能找到工作。


主計處日前公布五月失業率五．八二％、失業人數六十三萬三千人，同步創下歷史新高紀錄，其中初次尋職者失業人數八萬九千人，較四月增加三千人，初次尋職者多是剛踏出校門不久的社會新鮮人。


五月失業者平均失業週數則是二十七．四週，其中「非初次尋職者」失業週數二十五．六週，「初次尋職者」失業週數則長達三十八．三七週；以此推算，目前初次尋職失業者多半是去年就已經畢業，至今仍未找到工作者。


官員表示，初次尋職者失業週數延長，除了大環境不好的外在因素，尋職者自己本身的心態也是原因之一，初次尋職者自願性失業的比率偏高，主要是對工作要求條件較高所致。


由於畢業季節已來臨，新的畢業生開始投入職場，初期可望縮短初次尋職者的失業週數，但今年畢業生求職的情況恐怕不理想，未來初次尋職者失業週數應會再攀升。


廠商缺工率 可能創新低

另外，主計處今天下午將公布最新「受僱員工動向調查統計結果」，公布的資料以職類空缺情況為主，由於目前景氣低迷，廠商人力需求大幅降低，廠商缺工率可能創新低。
