美食多成負擔？ 台中胖子竟最多

根據一份最新的健檢調查報告，全省胖子最多的地方是台中，其次是台北、高雄和桃園，什麼原因，台中的胖子會最多？減肥診所醫師表示，或許是台中的美食多，吃到飽餐廳更多，讓民眾滿足口腹之欲，卻胖了身材，還有另外一個原因，台中民眾，早餐就習慣吃炒麵、大腸豬血湯，這些油膩的食物，也可能是體重增加的原因。


光是早餐，這位體重90多公斤，30歲的簡先生，一個人就吃了一盤炒麵，再來一盤炒米粉、一碗爌肉飯，還有一碗大腸豬血湯，早餐吃這樣，會不會太油膩了？台中民眾簡先生：「就習慣了吧。」記者：「有沒有想過要減重？」簡先生：「還好吧，順其自然吧。」

這位32歲的莊小姐，禮拜六早上上減肥診所，因為皮膚炎，打類固醇的關係，她的體重飆到70公斤，腰部的肥肉擠出一大塊，現在一心想減肥，回復原來的身材。台中民眾莊小姐：「奇怪怎麼每件(衣服)都穿不下，才發現我住了(醫院)快10天，就腫了10公斤。」

哪裡的胖子最多？根據某家健檢機構調查，全省最多胖子的都會區是台中，其次是台北、高雄和桃園，什麼原因，民眾超重比率最高的，會集中在台中呢？減肥診所中醫師：「或許台中的餐廳比較好吃也說不定。」

根據醫師的研判，或許是飲食習慣，或許是台中美食多，吃到飽餐廳「便宜又大碗」，造成台中的胖子最多，女性又愛美，紛紛求助減肥門診，讓台中的減肥生意門庭若市。
