縮短城鄉差距 高醫與屏醫建置醫療視訊

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄18日電）縮短城鄉醫療水準差距，高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院與署立屏東醫院合作建置跨區遠距醫療影像傳輸系統今天啟用，可保障在地醫療品質和提供優質服務。


由於仍有城鄉差距，屏東患者為了到醫學中心看診，必須往返奔波於屏東、高雄間，病患及家屬辛苦也費時、費力，高醫與屏醫因此規劃建置這項系統。


高醫院長許勝雄與屏東醫院院長李建廷，共同主持系統啟用儀式，並演練病患在屏東醫院開刀，藉由視訊系統由高醫的專業醫師協助，讓患者免於奔波和掌握黃金治療時間。


許勝雄表示，高醫為了承諾對屏東患者的照顧，多年前即派出專科醫師至屏醫支援看診，今天跨區遠距醫療影像傳輸系統建置完成後，患者在屏醫就醫，就能透過系統，享有24小時不打烊的高醫醫療團隊服務。


李建廷則一再感謝高醫的協助，讓屏東的患者免於奔波，並可掌握黃金搶救時效。


跨區遠距醫療影像傳輸系統是將兩醫院醫療影像，以數位化的方式儲存傳輸，例如屏醫就診病患的相關影像，經由網路傳遞至高醫醫療資訊系統中，高醫的臨床醫師在1分鐘內，由電腦螢幕上即可閱讀影像做報告判讀，並在最短時間內回覆屏醫及時處置。


許勝雄說，這套系統讓屏東地區患者可以在地就醫，不必再轉診高醫往返奔波，也可掌握就醫的黃金期，特別是腦中風患者的搶救醫療。


至於一般醫療轉診，可隨著病人轉移，主動將患者影像及病歷摘要由系統傳輸一次到位，如果緊急時，也有高醫值班醫師協助完成診斷，以利緊急醫療進行，並減輕醫學中心掛號及病房擁塞的壓力。


高醫與屏醫於去年即規劃了一系列醫療照護經驗與服務輸出的共構模式，包括高醫指派專科醫師支援屏醫，經營屏醫洗腎中心，以及專科內、外科主治醫師進駐等。980618
