七十七歲的彭汪嘉康，長年維持五十公斤體重，身材苗條、肌膚滑潤，站在八十五歲中廣身材，圓嘟嘟、紅光滿面的彭　　旁，顯得格外纖細。


「彭伯伯，您現在幾公斤啦？」採訪時，忍不住冒出這句失禮問話。彭　　笑呵呵回應：「這當然不能說啊！」一旁彭汪嘉康輕聲回了句「喝水都會胖，快破百了！」


防癌專家彭汪嘉康「以身作則」，迄今保持蘇州美女儀態，既沒有高血壓、也沒有糖尿病，每天忙碌不已，依然保持硬朗身體，到底如何養生防癌？


「大概是家族基因好吧？家族大都長壽，姑姑在大陸已一百多歲，父親也是八十多歲才過世。」除此之外，彭汪嘉康透露，「沒什麼特別的養生方法，只是家常菜都加點瘦肉，補充必要的荷爾蒙，平常也要多吃蔬果，保持開朗心情，再加上適當運動、身心愉快，就能維持健康。」


彭汪嘉康的養生家常菜包括春捲、糖醋排骨、辣豆干肉絲等，都是十分普遍菜色，只有逢年過節才會準備耗工的蘇州什錦菜。


她認為做菜是一種relax，菜做得好不好立見真章，不像做研究得長期投入心血。


至於彭汪嘉康手藝如何？彭　　不改一貫以妻為榮，高分貝說：「她做的菜可好吃呢！而且都是參加親友宴會，吃到好吃的菜當場請教，回家依樣畫葫蘆，就成了廚藝高手，實在厲害！」


老公不吝贊賞，彭汪嘉康笑開懷，夫妻熱情開朗，其實才是兩人共通的養生之道！
