醫師看法 尿液減緩癢痛感 治蜂毒沒根據

〔記者謝銀仲／嘉義報導〕梅山鄉鐘姓民眾被虎頭蜂叮咬300餘針奇蹟存活，鐘某認為與其就醫途中及住院期間喝了大量尿液有關，中、西醫師均認為人體尿液含有尿素，可轉變成氨，氨確可減輕被昆蟲叮咬癢痛感，但適用外敷，對喝尿可治蜂毒？認為並沒有科學證據，都持保留看法。


嘉市銘冠中醫診所中醫師邱振城表示，中醫典籍指尿液有降火、解毒、消炎、止血、去痰等療效，民眾野外活動遭昆蟲叮咬可用尿液外敷減輕癢痛感，但仍應儘速就醫處理，喝尿液治療蜂毒，可能是坊間偏方，中醫典籍並沒記載。


聖馬爾定醫院過敏免疫風濕科醫生蔡智能說，一般昆蟲毒液屬弱酸性，人體尿液基本上也是酸性，喝尿液中和蜂毒、治療蜂螯，並沒科學根據。


蔡智能表示，有人被昆蟲叮咬後只稍微疼痛，並無大礙，但有人產生過敏性休克，呼吸急促，血壓不穩定，有致命之虞，需補充大量水分穩定血壓、舒緩血管擴張，才能活命。


蔡醫師說，鍾某遭蜂螯後，陷入昏厥，家人為他灌了大量尿液，人體尿液水份含量很高，鐘某喝了很多尿，就如同在醫院打點滴，尿液適時發揮補充水分功能，與治療蜂毒應無直接關係。
