元首健檢很陽春 馬蕭自費升級

正副總統健康檢查項目是否太陽春了？七十歲的副總統蕭萬長去年上任前只在台大醫院做了最基本的胸部Ｘ光，此次在台北榮總進行的磁振造影，據說還是副總統自費，並不在公務人員每年定期健檢的項目。醫界人士強烈建議，應提高正副總統健檢規格，絕不能輕忽元首的健康。


目前擔任馬英九總統醫療小組召集人的新光醫院副院長張珩表示，總統、副總統和一般部會首長等公務人員一樣，每年有一萬多元的預算做全身健康檢查，但沒有固定的檢查指定選項，他是看總統個人的健康狀況，安排相關健檢項目。


馬上任核磁造影 也是自己掏的錢


例如，馬總統上任後兩次健檢項目包括：腦血管核磁造影、頸動脈血流、超音波，心臟超音波、冠狀動脈斷層攝影、心電圖、運動心電圖及各項抽血檢查。ＭＲＩ核磁造影這類比較高價的項目，是馬總統自己付的錢。


一般健檢從最基本的抽血、肝腎功能、胃鏡、大腸鏡到Ｘ光檢查，張珩認為，如果腸胃道沒問題，其他不必每年做，可以加一點錢改其他項目，例如有心血管問題，可加做心臟或腦部磁振造影，項目並不是一成不變。


李找學弟顧心臟 扁延名醫遍醫界


據了解，歷任總統、副總統選擇誰擔任醫療小組召集人，多有自己的人脈淵源，例如李登輝選擇台大教授連文彬擔任召集人，除了兩人在高中時的學長弟情誼外，李登輝在台北市長任內即檢出有心臟方面的毛病，因而選擇心臟專科權威做為他個人的主治醫師，所以李登輝任內，除了一般例行健檢，也加做許多心臟方面和心導管的檢查。


陳水扁總統的醫療團隊，主要是和他私交非常好的黃芳彥和醫界大老陳楷模，成員有國泰、台大、新光、榮總、三總、長庚、馬偕等七家醫學中心院長及主任級「名醫」組成，在陳水扁八年任內，除了例行檢查，也做過核醫檢查、胸部電腦斷層掃等。

至於蕭萬長上任前的健檢，副總統的醫療小組召集人王正一醫師表示，副總統非常忙碌，去年四月上任前安排的健康檢查，都是依照副總統的要求來安排，由於他本身專長是腸胃，所以除了例行的抽血及胸部Ｘ光，也做了腸胃道內視鏡和心臟超音波。


之前也曾擔任連戰醫療小組召集人的王正一表示，對於首長的健康檢查，必須依病人個人問題，參考過去病史，並考慮高齡及國人常見的疾病做安排。王正一說：「副總統的健康狀況，我完全掌握」，此次從台大到榮總的跨院檢查，也是尊重副總統自己的考量與選擇。
