景氣差，最近台灣一些整型診所，就以低價隆乳噱頭吸客，引進大陸已經禁用的注射奧美定凝膠來隆乳，結果就出現兩名病患隆乳後，胸部嚴重變型、肌肉不平均凸起，原本的雙峰因為腫脹連成一線，醫生說注射這種工業用的奧美丁，嚴重還有可能致癌。


照片中的女性，胸部往旁凸出一塊，肌肉也明顯腫大，完全變型，從原本的兩座山變成一片丘陵，就因為她們做了注射奧美定凝膠物質為主的隆乳手術。

長庚醫院重建外科主任鄭明輝：「比較嚴重整個乳房加上胸臂，都會變型，有一些甚至會打到胸大肌裡面，那胸大肌裡面，就會被所謂的奧美定異物侵犯到，讓整個胸大肌變形，比如說這邊腫一大塊，那這樣就不像乳房了。」

被大陸列為禁用的注射式隆乳手術，卻悄悄登陸台灣，讓醫生接二連三接到求救病患，醫生說注射奧美定，就像台灣早期直接將矽膠打進乳房，會和組織嚴重沾黏，讓乳房外觀變形，即使重建也很難恢復完美外形。

鄭明輝：「這和當時醫生和病患說明和說服很有關係，有時候是價格比較便宜，也沒有疤痕，比較不會痛馬上可以見到結果，他們利用這樣的講法來說服病人。」

雖然比起一般隆乳手術動輒10幾萬元，大陸注射隆乳只要台幣5萬，因為價格便宜，台灣也有不肖診所引進，至少已經有兩人受害求診，但後遺症出現後，不只清除腫脹非常耗時，嚴重還會致癌，因此醫生提醒愛美女性，隆乳前還是要問清楚注射的內容物再開刀。
