詐騙最重只判5年 歹徒不當一回事

警方破獲詐騙集團的新聞幾乎天天都有，但為什麼詐騙案還是層出不窮，歸咎原因，詐騙最重只判五年，刑責輕，還能提早假釋，根本沒有嚇阻效果。


　　歹徒一個個落網，明明警方天天在抓詐騙，但為什麼還是有人天天被騙。就是一通錄取電話，讓二十二歲剛出社會的小玲薪水還沒拿到先賠上打工積蓄，只是應徵一般行銷人員，對方卻要求自費職前訓練，等到她錢繳了，公司也倒了。


　　眼淚不聽使喚的掉，哭訴自己像誤入叢林的小白兔，不懂社會的黑暗，但就算闖蕩江湖四十年，只要一張偽造法院傳票，退休半年的陳老師，八百萬退休金，也瞬間變成零，打電話到165反詐騙專線求助，卻連刑事局專家都不知道該怎麼回答，因為詐騙罪名本來就不重，頂多關五年，表現好一點三年就能假釋，出獄後繼續騙，兩、三個月上千萬收入，這麼優渥的條件，連十七、八的高中生書都不念了只想騙錢。


　　如果法律罰責不能嚇阻，只能宣導大家小心，那再多的警察也抓不完層出不窮的詐騙集團。（綜合報導）

像那種打電話說 "你兒子在我們手裏, 要匯多數錢過來....等等" 的詐騙電話,
不應以詐騙案件論處,
而應以恐嚇取財案件論處,
因為被害人並無法得知真相, 而且已經實質受到恐嚇,
不知懂法律的大大們看法如何?

電影「神鬼交鋒」在現實生活上演。未成年少年假扮檢察官，按ＧＰＳ衛星導航系統找上門，詐騙獨居中老年人，短短一個月，行騙嘉南地區十多起，得手一千多萬，一名女看護被騙四百多萬，辛苦打工的積蓄泡湯。嘉義市警方十日逮捕八名集團成員。


嘉義市警二分局十日破獲詐騙集團，假冒檢察官、警察行騙，落網的八名成員也多是八年級生，最小邱姓少年僅十六歲，另有四人在逃，且有姊弟、兄弟檔，凸顯詐騙犯罪少年化、家族化的現象。


警方調查，綽號「豹子」的在逃涂姓男子、綽號「黑豬」的廿一歲嫌犯薛毓峻，負責策畫、分派工作，「亂槍打鳥」打電話自稱檢察官，通知被害人帳戶被歹徒利用洗錢、凍結等藉口，要提領存款交由檢察官、警察暫時保管。


被害人一上當，四人一組開車在附近待命的成員，立刻按衛星導航指引找上門，少年在車上變裝，穿襯衫、打領帶、提黑色公事包，一副年輕斯文檢察官、書記官、警察的打扮，按門鈴找被害人，宣稱「陪同」實則監控被害人到金融機構提款。


警方表示，嫌犯薛毓峻於去年九月因詐騙案在北部落網，十二月底板橋地檢署交保後，在台中、彰化另起爐灶，在網咖、撞球間玩樂，吸收中輟或夜間部的未成年學生，這些學生家境多半富裕，家長也是高學歷、高收入，學生加入集團，每四人一組，分派工作，按件論酬，抽五千至一萬元不等。
